1.Your credit card is charged the total cost above at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
2. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being charged to your credit card.
3. There will be no refund on airport pickups cancelled within 48 hours of check-in date.
4. Travel Port shall not be responsible for any such additional charges levied by the hotel other than the room charges.
Cancellation policy
a) Cancellation before seven clear days from the date of arrival : 80% of the Total booking amount will be refunded
b) Cancellation between 4-6 days from the date of arrival : 50 % of the Total booking amount will be refunded
c) No refund if the Cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.
d) In case of online money transfer transaction charges/bank charges will not be refunded.
